Many companies, including <\/span><\/b>NGO<\/span><\/b>‘<\/span><\/b>s<\/span><\/b> and other nonprofit organizations<\/span><\/b>, benefit from data <\/span><\/b>science<\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/b>With <\/span><\/b>the use of <\/span><\/b>the right <\/span><\/b>data<\/span><\/b>models they can help even more people because, for example, their efficiency <\/span><\/b>up<\/span><\/b>, whether they have a better understanding of what kind of help they can best provide in which place. <\/span><\/b> This kind of <\/span><\/b>not-for-profit<\/span><\/b>\/non-profit<\/span><\/b> agencies<\/span><\/b> (<\/span><\/b>NGOs<\/span><\/b>)<\/span><\/b> however, often do not have a budget for data <\/span><\/b>science<\/span><\/b>, allowing <\/span><\/b>social <\/span><\/b>opportunities <\/span><\/b>lost. <\/span><\/b>Under the motto ‘<\/span><\/b>the<\/span><\/b> only<\/span><\/b> thing<\/span><\/b> that<\/span><\/b> will<\/span><\/b> redeem<\/span><\/b> mankind<\/span><\/b> Is cooperation’ of mathematical and <\/span><\/b>Nobel laureate<\/span><\/b> Bertrand Russell, his six<\/span><\/b> data-driven<\/span><\/b> companies<\/span><\/b> S<\/span><\/b>oltegro<\/span><\/b>, ICT Group, CQM<\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/b> Greenhouse<\/span><\/b>, Sioux and <\/span><\/b>Pipple<\/span><\/b> entered into a partnership to <\/span><\/b>NGOs<\/span><\/b> help.<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n

Many of these organizations <\/span>have an objective that is <\/span>fall<\/span>t<\/span> under <\/span>the <\/span>S<\/span>ustainable<\/span> D<\/span>evelopment <\/span>Goals<\/span><\/a>, a United Nations (UN) initiative that lists 17 social and sustainable agenda items for all <\/span>UN member states<\/span> to be achieved by 2030. <\/span>With the partnership ‘Data & <\/span>Purpose<\/span>‘ we hope <\/span>NGOs<\/span> with data <\/span>science<\/span> and AI to <\/span>support at<\/span> achieving their goals. <\/span>“<\/span>It is very nice to have as a data company <\/span>in this way <\/span>have the opportunity to <\/span>indirect <\/span>a <\/span>pebble <\/span>at <\/span>at<\/span> wear to <\/span>achievement of <\/span>the <\/span>Sustainable<\/span> Development Goals<\/span>,” said Jeroen de Haas (Director <\/span>Pipple<\/span>).

\nAt <\/span>Pipple<\/span> we work <\/span>for years <\/span>along with<\/span> organizations <\/span>as 510 – the <\/span>data<\/span> initiative<\/span> of the Dutch Red Cross and The Ocean <\/span>C<\/span>leanup<\/span>.<\/span> Models<\/span> developed for <\/span>our<\/span>e <\/span>customers<\/span> can <\/span>often <\/span>with a little adjustment are <\/span>used at <\/span>NGOs<\/span>. <\/span>For example, work has been done on a model that <\/span>determines<\/span> how resources <\/span>honest<\/span> divided k<\/span>unnen <\/span>be among areas where it was most needed. <\/span>In addition, <\/span>Pipple<\/span> helped to map the impact of past disasters to make it possible to forecast the impact of a <\/span>future <\/span>disaster. <\/span>So k<\/span>a<\/span>n help is provided most quickly in the most vulnerable places. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Pipple<\/span> put <\/span>work<\/span>students<\/span> from <\/span>Pipple<\/span> into these organizations who are supervised by <\/span>experienced <\/span>employees of <\/span>Pipple<\/span>. <\/span>By optimizing and innovating together, we learn <\/span>we <\/span>from each other<\/span>. As a result <\/span>is not only the <\/span>NGO <\/span>helped, but <\/span>is<\/span> d<\/span>he knowledge and expertise of <\/span>social applications within <\/span>Pipple<\/span> also wider<\/span>.
