At the end of November, Jeroen and Sanne conducted the \u2018Data & AI for Humanitarian Aid\u2019 training for the Kenya Red Cross in Nairobi.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants from all parts of Kenya gathered in Nairobi for an intensive five-day training session. The training covered both technical skills like Python and Machine Learning, as well as soft skills related to leadership and strategy. The goal? To amplify humanitarian impact by effectively leveraging Data and AI. Ideas were already flowing enthusiastically from the group, and we were able to help them turn these ideas into action through new skills and tools.<\/p>\n

We proudly look back on an amazing week: 25 motivated participants rated the training with an average score of 8.6! The group wrapped up the week with a team assignment, developing a use case for the Red Cross in Kenya, followed by inspiring presentations. As the cherry on top, they received their well-deserved certificates.<\/p>\n
