Professionals gathered at the Ctac office in &#8216;s-Hertogenbosch to discover how data and AI, with Databricks and SAP, are actually converted into value in practice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"872\">It was an inspiring morning full of content, interaction and concrete examples. Thank you to all participants for the sharp questions, good conversations and energy.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"919\">From SAP data to valuable insights<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1331\">An important theme of the day was unlocking SAP data for analytics and AI. During the <em>Gold Strike<\/em> session, it became clear how organisations using SAP Business Data Cloud and Delta Sharing are no longer keeping their data locked away in systems, but are making it available as a single source of truth. This enables advanced analytics and AI applications, both within SAP and Databricks environments.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1378\">Databricks as the foundation for data &amp; AI<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1765\">In the session From Data to Impact, Databricks demonstrated how Lakehouse architecture brings together data lakes and data warehouses in a single open and scalable platform. From governance and BI to machine learning and streaming, everything comes together in one place. Combining SAP and non-SAP data creates new opportunities for data-driven innovation, including AI\/BI, Genie, and Lakebase.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1767\" data-end=\"1799\">Use cases and a live demo<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1800\" data-end=\"2126\">Together with Ctac, we concluded with concrete use cases and our joint approach. We also showed a live demo of a predictive maintenance case, which clearly demonstrated how data, models and domain knowledge come together in an applicable solution.
