Below is a screenshot of the dashboard. Scores of <strong>7 or 8<\/strong> are <em>passives<\/em>: positive, but less enthusiastic. Scores of <strong>6 or lower<\/strong> are <em>detractors<\/em> (they would actively discourage others from using our services).<\/p>\n<p>The result is always between \u2013100 and +100. An NPS of +75 means that the proportion of customers who would recommend us is significantly greater than the proportion who would not.<\/p>\n<h2>What do customers say in their comments?<\/h2>\n<p>Below is a selection of comments that clearly show why customers recommend us, and where they challenge us.<\/p>\n<h3>Notably positive reactions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cPipple is an exceptionally pleasant company to work with: professional, knowledgeable, proactive, solution-oriented and fully focused on a lasting relationship.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cProfessional and accommodating. Pipple works with you side-by-side like a dedicated colleague, not merely a contractor.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cIntelligence and social skills in one. Flexible and able to come up with solutions quickly.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThe development and speed of our AI tool went fantastically well.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThe collaboration was good, both in terms of atmosphere and content. Exactly what I expect from a partnership.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Critical and nuanced comments<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><em>\u201cI would have liked to have had more information in advance about the consequences and management after completion.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cAgree more clearly what will and will not be built.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cIn after-sales, I miss clarity about the planning of follow-up steps.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>\u201cThe quotation was not precise enough, so we opted for a different solution.\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are very happy with this feedback, while recognizing that there is still room for growth.
