Why do you work at Pipple?
Working at Pipple is inspiring and energizing for me. It’s a place where I’m really challenged and can continuously develop myself. The great colleagues make every day enjoyable and inspiring, and it’s a privilege to work with them on fantastic projects for amazing clients. It gives me satisfaction to be part of a team that carries out such exciting assignments.

What gives you energy, at work or outside of work?
I get a lot of energy from turning ideas into reality. I find the process of setting a goal, devising a strategy, and involving the right people to achieve it incredibly fascinating. It’s a challenge to stay on course, remain flexible, and still achieve the ultimate goal. Those processes give me a lot of satisfaction.

What are you proud of in your role or team?
Over the past ten years, the world of data and AI has changed dramatically, with constant innovations. As a team, we have repeatedly proven that we can distinguish ourselves by challenging and reinventing ourselves. I am proud of how we tackle these challenges together and manage to innovate time and again.

What do people often not know about you?
I can be quite fanatical when it comes to games. It runs in the family, and during family weekends, things can get pretty competitive. But secretly, we all know that it’s about the fun we share together.

What is your most memorable Pipple moment?
One of my most memorable moments at Pipple was during the 2026 ski trip, when I told the team that I was going to be a father for the first time. It was a special moment that I won’t soon forget, especially because of the sincere outburst of joy from all my colleagues.
